Raffles London at the OWO is a new hotel opening in the Whitehall area of the UK capital that fuses traditional heritage with contemporary pleasures.
The Edwardian Old War Office has been transformed into a premiere destination with opulent staterooms and offices becoming luxury guest rooms and suites. The Guerlain Spa at Raffles London
The state-of-the-art Guerlain Spa & Pillar Wellbeing space spans 27,000 square feet and four floors of Raffles London at the OWO, and will feature nine treatment suites, including three VIP Spa Suites and a private hair and beauty salon. The space will also include a gym and movement studio, swimming pool, vitality pool, steam rooms and saunas.

Guerlain has designed a collection of exclusive spa treatments “capturing the essence of England with all its energy and contrasts” while guests can also enjoy personalized makeup and perfumery services or express treatments at L’Atelier Guerlain.

The gym by Pillar Wellbeing
The state-of-the-art Technogym equipped gym, movement studio and juice bar take a holistic, preventative approach to the pursuit of health and wellness that includes nutritious food and juices, better practices for movement and recovery, and mental fitness. Pillar’s performance coaches create personalized sessions, offering one-on-one coaching opportunities and the latest sports technology. These services are available exclusively to hotel guests, residents and members. The hotel also features two “Lifestyle Suites” for “a comfortable and discrete, high-technology wellness experience.”

The OWO, formally known as The Old War Office, played a pivotal role at key moments in the 20th century. Legendary figures such as Winston Churchill and Lawrence of Arabia worked in this building and they steered the world’s course. It’s been a monumental project of technical ingenuity and fine craftsmanship to transform it into a luxury hotel.
