In delicious developments, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts’ new venture MeltSpa will open next week – on September 12, 2017 – in downtown Hershey Pennsylvania.
“We’ve been excited with the reaction to the announcement of MeltSpa by Hershey day spa,”
said John Lawn, president and chief operating officer for HE&R, in a statement. “We look forward to building on the success of The Spa At The Hotel Hershey with MeltSpa by Hershey. The new day spa will offer a unique experience to the downtown area while bringing more jobs to Hershey.”
Presented by The Spa At The Hotel Hershey, MeltSpa by Hershey will feature nine treatment rooms, locker rooms, and a relaxation area. Refreshments including hot cocoa, coffee, tea, fruit-infused water, fresh fruit, trail mix, and bowls of Hershey’s chocolates will be available for guests to enjoy.
MeltSpa by Hershey day spa will feature exclusive Hershey’s Signature Dark Chocolate treatments. These include:

Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Body Wrap
Hershey’s Sweet Hands & Feet Dark Chocolate Treatment

MeltSpa will also offer traditional spa treatments, as well as services that pay homage to Cuba, where Milton S. Hershey owned sugar mills and plantations from 1916 to 1946. There is also a menu of men’s treatments.
Additional signature treatments will include cocoa massages and facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and salon services.
Sample dark chocolate treatments:
Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Sugar Scrub: A full body exfoliation with a rich blend of organic cocoa butter, vitamin E oil and organic Sucanat® sugar, followed by an application of cocoa-infused body lotion. (30 minutes)
Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Body Wrap: A gentle exfoliation to prepare the skin, followed by a deeply hydrating and detoxifying, dark chocolate mousse mask. A rich blend of cocoa, red mineral mud and organic cocoa butter is smoothed over the body. While cocooned in a warm body wrap a face and scalp massage or reflexology foot massage is performed, followed by an
application of cocoa-infused body lotion. (60 minutes)

Mojito Sugar Scrub: A full body exfoliation with rich blend of pure essential oils of lime, spearmint, and helihcysum, with organic Sucanat® sugar, followed by an application of mojito body lotion. (30 minutes)
Mojito Body Wrap: This full body treatment includes a gentle exfoliation to prepare the skin, followed by a luxurious deeply hydrating, detoxifying, and energizing mojito mask. A rich blend of pure essential oils of lime, spearmint, and helichrysum, white mineral clay, and organic shea butter is smoothed over your body. While cocooned in a warm body wrap, choose from a relaxing face and scalp massage, or reflexology foot massage, followed by an application of mojito-infused body lotion. (60 minutes)
